RedMart is Lazada’s online grocery delivery service.

Our challenge? A competitive landscape of iconic, decades-old grocers that have dozens of physical supermarkets across the island.

The solution? Own the moment that household essentials run out by giving shoppers a fun catchphrase. An integrated 360 campaign, spearheaded by a 30” film, a house-brand packaging revamp with RedMart Time indicator lines, an OOH campaign that ran island-wide, and an ASMR radio campaign featuring the all-too-familiar (and frustrating sound) of essentials running out.

Proof it worked? Watching kids at my son’s preschool chant “RedMart Time!” when a delivery was being made at the gate – by a competitor.
